Sign in if you want to view and track your requests.

We are continually working to improve the services we deliver to our community. We want to provide services that are easy to access, and that includes the ability to track the progress of requests and applications day or night and from any location.

By registering an account in the myTasman portal you will be able to submit and track some requests and applications online. We are actively working to expand these online services. New services will be added in future releases. Over time it will become your personal Tasman District Council one stop shop.

When you are using your device (tablet, phone etc) to interact with out portal, all the information being transmitted is encrypted using modern web encryption standards.

We store your personal information only in highly secure and regularly audited datacentres in Australasia.

For further information please see our trusted partners listed below for their company specific privacy statement:

Microsoft Certifications, Regulations and Standards - Service Trust Portal Home Page

Windcave -  Windcave | Certifications and Compliance | EFTPOS | Payment Gateway | Online Credit & Debit Card Processing

Amazon - AWS Privacy

For online payments, the Council does not handle any of the sensitive payment information. This is securely exchanged between your computer and the payment processor Windcave.

Most services continue to be available without the need to register. However, we encourage you to register regardless so that we can provide you with tracking for your requests and applications.

You can access the portal through the Tasman District Council website on any desktop or device.

If you have not registered for a myTasman account, you will not be able to track requests. If you would like to track your requests, you would need to be a registered/signed in user. Therefore, we encourage you to register and raise requests through the online services portal – myTasman.

When logged in to the portal you will be able to track incidents reported, bookings, requests, complaints, compliments and feedback. Over time more services will be available to be submitted and tracked.

Whilst we recommend using the portal, so that you can see all your requests and (eventually) information in one place, we recognise that some people prefer the personal touch. We will still be available in person at our service centre's or by telephone 03 543-8400.
